Processing & Shipping Times
We process all orders within 1-3 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped out based on the shipping method selected at checkout. Our estimated shipping times are as follows:

  •  Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5-10 business days
  •  Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 3-5 business days
  •  International Shipping: 10-20 business days (varies by country)

 

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Unexpected delays due to customs, carrier issues, or other factors may occur, and we appreciate your patience.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order in real-time. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the U.S.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team at support@srgdeals.com. We will assist you in tracking the package or issuing a replacement if necessary.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged product or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work to resolve the issue.
